Transaction reports can be downloaded via Midtrans dashboard on the Transactions menu > Send to Email. More Details can be seen in this link.

Report can be downloaded for the last 6 months of transactions. For transactions that are older than 6 months, please submit a report request by clicking the "Yes" button below. Please include the MID, environment and transaction period that you require.

Usually the report file will be received in your inbox within 30 minutes after the download request is made (might be longer depending on the file size). Please wait, and refrain from repeating the process to avoid receiving duplicate report data and prolonging the waiting time. Please note that the file download link in the transaction report email will expire within 48 hours.
