The applicable impact will only be limited to specific criteria:
- Only impact partial subset of GoPay users at a time (not downtime to all users at once, this is rolling-maintenance). For impacted users, impact duration will be limited to ~15 mins.
- Limited to GoPay 'Saldo' source of fund (not other source of funds).
Applicable impacts:
- GoPay users may not be able to choose GoPay Saldo as source of fund, during GoPay (non-Tokenization) Payment flow.
- Merchant may experience delayed balance value updates on GoPay Tokenization Service's Account-Linking and Account-Inquiry flow.
- Merchant may experience a partially higher rate of failure/timeout on GoPay Tokenization Service's Payment creation flow.
- Merchant may experience a partially higher rate of failure/timeout on GoPay Refund flow.
