Pengumuman Penyesuaian Operasional Selama Libur Kenaikan Yesus Kristus & Cuti Bersama (14 - 15 Mei)

Hi Merchant Midtrans,
Sehubungan dengan keterbatasan operasional Bank Indonesia selama Libur Kenaikan Yesus Kristus dan Cuti Bersama berikut penyesuaian layanan Midtrans:
  1. Pencairan Dana (Withdrawal) – Pay In
Proses pencairan dana untuk semua metode pembayaran akan kembali normal pada 18 Mei 2026 (dana diterima maksimal pukul 13.00 WIB).
Jadwal selama libur:
  • Tidak beroperasi
    • 14 - 15 Mei 2026
  • Berjalan normal
    • 18 Mei 2026
Catatan: Transaksi GoPay non-QRIS akan tetap diproses apabila rekening penampung yang digunakan adalah BCA non-syariah. Rekening penampung lainnya akan mengikuti jadwal operasional libur yang tertera di atas.
  1. Penyesuaian Status (Rekonsiliasi) Transaksi
Transaksi yang perlu rekonsiliasi akan diproses pada jadwal berikut:
  • Transaksi 13 Mei - 17 Mei 2026 → diproses 18 Mei 2026
  1. Pengisian & Pengiriman Dana Disbursement (VA & SKN/RTGS)
Untuk memastikan saldo Disbursement Anda mencukupi selama liburan, harap perhatikan batas waktu berikut untuk:
  • Pengisian VA Disbursement (BNI, BRI, Permata melalui SKN/RTGS)
  • Pengiriman dana/Disbursement ke bank lain melalui SKN/RTGS
Batas waktu cut-off (agar transaksi diproses di hari yang sama):
  • 13 Mei 2026, pukul 13.30 WIB
Transaksi atau pengisian yang dilakukan setelah cut-off akan diproses pada hari kerja berikutnya.
Layanan berikut tetap beroperasi normal selama liburan:
  • Pengisian VA Disbursement melalui Mandiri Bill Payment & BCA VA
  • Disbursement via online transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Mandiri, Danamon, GoPay)
  1. Customer Care
Tetap beroperasi selama liburan & tanggal merah pada pukul 09.00–17.00 WIB. Untuk bantuan lebih lanjut, hubungi support@midtrans.com.

Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Joint Holiday Operational Adjustment Announcement (May 14th - 15th 2025)


Hi Midtrans Merchant,
In line with Bank Indonesia’s limited operations during Ascension Day of Jesus Christ and Joint Holiday please find the service adjustments from Midtrans below:
  1. Fund Withdrawal (Pay In)
Fund withdrawals for all payment methods will return to normal on May 18th, 2026 (funds will be received by 13:00 Jakarta Time at the latest).
Holiday schedule:
  • Non-operational
    • May 14th - 17th 2026
  • Normal operations
    • May 18th 2026
Note: GoPay non-QRIS transactions will continue to be processed if the settlement account is BCA (non-sharia). Other settlement accounts will follow the holiday schedule above.
  1. Transaction Status (Reconciliation) Adjustment
Transactions requiring reconciliation will be processed on the following schedule:
  • Transactions May 13th - 17th, 2026 → processed on May 18th, 2026
  1. Disbursement Top-Up & Fund Transfers (VA & SKN/RTGS)
To ensure your Disbursement balance is sufficient during the holiday period, please note the following cut-off times for:
  • Disbursement VA top-up (BNI, BRI, Permata via SKN/RTGS)
  • Fund transfers/disbursement to other banks via SKN/RTGS
Cut-off times (for same-day processing):
  • May 13th, 2026 – 13:30 WIB
Transactions or top-ups made after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
The following services will continue to operate normally during the holiday period:
  • Top-ups to the Disbursement VA via Mandiri Bill Payment & BCA Virtual Account
  • Disbursement via online transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga, Mandiri, Danamon, GoPay)
