How to register

1 Click on “Register now” at the bottom of this instruction.
2 We will send an email with the subject “Confirmation Instructions” to the email address you’ve registered. Click on "Verify and complete registration" to confirm registration.
3 Login to access your Midtrans dashboard.
4 To activate your account, go to your dashboard and click on the “here” button as illustrated below.

5 Prepare the following documents according to your business type:

(Bank Transfer, GoPay, dan QRIS)

  • KTP/ID (for Indonesian citizens)
  • Passport and KITAS (for foreign nationals)

  • Director’s ID/KTP (for Indonesian citizens)

6 After completing those steps, you can use the Bank Transfer (PermataBank VA, BNI VA, BRI VA, & Mandiri Bill), GoPay, and QRIS services through SNAP and Payment Link integration.
7 You will receive a Terms & Condition document which you’ve agreed upon through an email. This document can only be downloaded 24 hours after the email has been sent.
8 For card payment (credit/debit) activation, please wait for further updates within 10 working days after applying.
9 You’ll be automatically redirected to simulation (Sandbox) mode on your first login. You can only access the real function through Production mode once you’ve completed the account activation procedure.
10 Make sure your business does not fall under the prohibited business category.
11 Make sure your business website complies with the determined terms & conditions. If you don’t have any, you can submit your business’ social media URL or product catalogue.
12 Fill in your business information & upload the required documents accordingly. Confirm that you agree with the applicable terms & conditions and click “Ajukan” to submit the documents.

Please make sure that the information & documents that you’ve submitted is correct and complies with our guidelines. Midtrans Team will contact you via email if further information/documents are required from your business.

If you want to activate any payment methods other than Bank Transfer (PermataBank VA, BNI VA, BRI VA, & Mandiri Bill), Card Payment, QRIS, and GoPay - please login to your dashboard and select “Add Payment Methods”.

In Sandbox mode, you can explore Midtrans’ dashboard features and simulate transactions.
